Do we ship to all Countries?
Yes we ship worldwide!
Do we do returns or refunds?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns but all items will have measurements and/or modelled photos to help you determine whether an item will fit you.

We also do not provide refunds unless an item is significantly different or damaged to what was advertised. All items are recorded prior to shipping for xoxofitz’s protection.
If your order is damaged or lost during transit we do not provide refunds as it is out of our hands once we ship the product. Please open a claim with the delivery company. If you need help with the claim against shipping company contact us at xoxofitz777@gmail.com!
Do we make these dresses?
No we don’t make these stunning dresses! They are one of a kind vintage pieces by brands (majority discontinued) from all over the world.
Do we have inclusive sizing?
Yes we stock items from XXS-XXL. We have a very limited amount in some sizes but we are working on stocking them evenly in all sizes!
Where are you guys based?
We are based in London, UK! 🇬🇧
Do we restock our items?
Most of our items are one of a kind but on occasion we are able to stock more then once!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Delivery time after dispatch;
National UK Shipping:
The delivery time in the UK is 2-3 days for Royal Mail Second Class Tracked.
The delivery time in the UK is 1-3 days for Royal Mail First Class Tracked.
The delivery time in the UK is the next working day for Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery By 1pm. (Free for orders over £100)
International Shipping:
Europe: 2-3 working days.
USA, Canada, Australia: 4-7 working days.
Rest of the work 5-7 working days.
Where are our dresses from?
Our dresses our sourced from sellers all over the world! No, we do not source our stock from charity/thrift shops; we leave those to those who need it most!
How do we price our items?
Our prices are mostly based on the rarity of the item, the era it was made in and sometimes on the brand. Some of our dresses are made by luxury dressmakers that have beaded or embroidered these gowns by hand! We stock a lot of silk dresses which are made of high quality.
Please note that we have no control over how high the conversion rate is.
We often come across dresses that need repairing or tailoring so we take into account how much time is spent restoring these beauties back to life!
